This Privacy Policy explains how Bezuban Charitable Trust ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Bezuban Charitable Trust mobile application (the "App"), used by our staff and administrators to manage animal admission, treatment, and discharge records at our animal hospital.

• Account information: username, name, mobile number, and role, provided when an administrator creates your staff account.
• Login credentials: your password is stored securely by Amazon Cognito and is never visible to us in plain text.
• Animal case records: details you enter about admitted animals, including species, condition, treatment notes, discharge summaries, and photographs.
• Device and usage data: basic technical information (such as app version and crash logs) used to maintain app stability.

2. How We Use Information

• To authenticate staff and control access to hospital records.
• To create, update, and maintain animal admission and discharge records.
• To generate reports and PDFs for internal hospital operations.
• To improve the reliability and security of the App.

3. How We Store and Protect Information

All data is stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure in the Asia Pacific (Mumbai) region, including AWS Cognito (authentication), Amazon DynamoDB (records), and Amazon S3 (photographs). Access is restricted to authorized staff and administrators of Bezuban Charitable Trust through secure, authenticated API access.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Information is only accessible to authorized Bezuban Charitable Trust staff and our cloud infrastructure provider (AWS), which processes data solely on our behalf.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and case record information for as long as needed to support hospital operations and recordkeeping, or until deletion is requested as described below.

6. Account & Data Deletion

Staff accounts in the App are created and managed by an administrator. If you would like your account or associated personal data deleted, please visit our Delete Account page or email us at bezubancharitabletrust@gmail.com.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for use by adult hospital staff and administrators only. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Permissions Used by the App

• Camera / Photo Library: to capture or attach photographs of admitted animals to their records.
• Storage: to save and share generated PDF reports.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
