Delete Your Account

Staff accounts in the Bezuban Charitable Trust App are created and managed by a hospital administrator. To request deletion of your account and associated personal data, please follow the steps below.

How to Request Deletion

1. Send an email to bezubancharitabletrust@gmail.com from the email address or mobile number associated with your account, with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
2. Include your registered username or mobile number so we can locate your account.
3. Our administrator will verify your request and permanently delete your account within 7 business days.

What Gets Deleted

• Your staff login account (Cognito user profile and credentials).
• Your name, mobile number, and role information.

What Is Retained

Animal admission, treatment, and discharge records entered by your account are hospital medical records and are retained for recordkeeping and continuity of animal care, even after your staff account is deleted. These records are not personal data about you and are not linked to your account once it is removed.

Timeline

Account deletion requests are processed within 7 business days of verification.
